Terms of service
Security testing carries legal weight. This is not a page to improvise — have a lawyer write the real terms before launch.
01Authorisation
Testing begins only once a signed rules-of-engagement document names the in-scope assets and confirms you are authorised to permit testing on them.
02Scope of the engagement
An assessment reflects the systems, credentials and window agreed at scoping. It is not a guarantee that no vulnerability exists, in scope or out of it.
03Reports and retest
Deliverables and the 30-day retest are described in the engagement agreement. Reports are yours to share with your auditors and customers.
